Those Nails Need Clipped

When you have dogs, one of the tedious jobs that come along with a pet is clipping their nails. I recently got the opportunity to review the PetzFunny Joymoze pet nail clippers sold by Joysllc on Amazon. I received this item at a deep discount in exchange of an honest and unbiased review. I immediately put them to the test when they arrived.

Now, I found this out the hard way, the clippers have a safety latch in the center that you slide down to unlock and up to lock. Well I wasn't sure how the mechanism worked and accidentally broke the plastic "latch", but that was my fault. Although it wasn't illustrated with the instructions, this needs to be added (might keep someone from doing the same). Other than that issue, I was pleased with the performance of the clippers.

These are for small or medium dogs. The handles are a soft grip with a spring action that automatically opens them back up after clipping the nail. You must pay close attention to the "quick" of the nail to avoid cutting the nail too deeply. These are razor sharp and cuts the nail with ease (even the medium sized dog). It is very important to keep the nails trimmed to avoid injury to themselves and to their owners/visitors, etc. The nails can become very sharp if not trimmed. These are really great trimmers and they do what they are intended to do.They also have holes in the end of the handles for hanging, so that you can easily keep up with them. The only issue I have was the broken latch, it could have been prevented if the instructions would have included tips for using the safety feature.
